After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Johannesburg and an Honours degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Cape Town, I pursued a career that merged my passion for education, instructional design, and learning and development.

I have worked across multiple sectors, including education, corporate, and non-profit, with notable experience at institutions like Discovery Health, Sakura Olympia, and PAWS for Compassion Da Nang. I have spearheaded learning programs, enhanced academic frameworks, and implemented innovative digital learning solutions using platforms such as Canvas and Articulate 360.

With over 8 years of experience, my expertise lies in instructional design and learning and development, always focusing on creating engaging, performance-driven learning solutions. My passion for improving educational outcomes and fostering continuous professional development is reflected in my work with diverse teams and organizations.

In my free time, I enjoy all things fitness, with a focus on sports like golf, surfing, running, and cycling. I am also the president and co-founder of the Da Nang Boardriders Club, which hosts Vietnam’s first and only surf contest series. I am passionate about developing the Vietnamese surfing community and creating a vibrant surfing culture in the region.
